To say I was terrified to buy my first home is an understatement. But I knew I could trust Kevin not just because I knew he’d look out for me during my search –– which he most certainly did –– but also because I knew he’d guide me through every step of the process. At the closing table, the seller’s agent made a point of telling everyone how great Kevin was to work with – warm, kind and assiduous, and always looking out for me as his buyer. She told everyone how hard he worked to get me my house, which she said had many offers. Everything she said about Kevin was absolutely right, of course. And now, one of my greatest memories of this home is how Kevin owns a little piece of it too –– the piece that, in big ways and with supportive gestures, helped me say, "This is my home."

Kevin has been a stellar agent, as well as a mentor figure for us. Since it was our first house, we naturally had a lot of questions which Kevin went above and beyond answering. Over the course of a month, we visited 20 prospective houses and never had any problems scheduling because he was on top of it, always answering our emails and calls even at night. We are grateful to have worked with him and hope our paths will cross again in the future!

Kevin was always very pleasant, patient, and positive. He assured us we would find just the right house for us, and we did. He is extremely knowledgeable about all phases of buying a house. He is very accommodating and worked late into the night to try and close a deal for us. As it happened, we were in Covid19 isolation the day of our closing. If it weren't for Kevin, who was running back and forth between us, in our car and the sellers inside the title office, with the closing papers we couldn't have finished the deal. Kevin made it work. We trust him!

Kevin was both our selling and buying agent and he truly looked out for our best interest every step of the way. He was incredibly responsive, informative, and engaged throughout our entire experience from the initial listing to our final closing. Kevin truly cared about finding the right house for us, and we were able to find the historic hobby farm on four acres we always wanted with his help!

Selling and buying homes can be extremely stressful. Kevin took that stress off us, dealing with every issue smoothly. He worked harder than I would ever have expected of him to get our house ready to sell, and on the other side, keeping the buying process moving forward for our new home. It is thanks to Kevin that we not only sold our house, but we were able to start our family in our dream home.

He's also passionate and hard-working, which meant we could call him any time of day (or night!) if we had questions or wanted to book a last-minute showing.
